How to Make A Reservation
Reservations can be made online by clicking here.
We will confirm your reservation immediately through a confirmation email from our booking platform.
For Fridays, Saturdays, the eve of Public Holidays, Public Holidays, auspicious days,
we may offer two dinner seatings:
First seating: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Second seating: 8:15pm – closing
As parking is limited in the area, we strongly recommend allowing additional time for parking to ensure you are able to fully enjoy your Gesuto experience.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
The following deposit amounts will be charged for dinner reservations on the following days: Fridays, Saturdays, eve of Public Holidays, Public Holidays, auspicious days.
Table of 3: RM75
Table of 4: RM100
For more than 4 guests: RM50 per additional guest
Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is paid. Free cancellations are allowed at least 24-hours prior to the booking time.
The Gesuto management reserve the right to withhold the deposit paid for cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to the reservation.
We define a group as 5 or more guests.
Any and all group reservations will require a deposit.
Group reservations will only be confirmed once the deposit has been made.
Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel your group reservation at least 48 hours before your reservation time, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
Gesuto has a private area that can accommodate between 10 - 20 pax.
The availability of private room is subject to business demand.
From Monday to Thursday & Sunday, a minimum spend of RM350 per person applies.
On Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays, a minimum spend of RM400 per person applies.
A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Any cancellations for private room bookings on Fridays, Saturdays, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays will need to be given 48-hours’ notice, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
Please note: Deposits are credited offsetting the billed amount, excess deposits are non-refundable.
Bottle Service (Corkage)
Gesuto offers an extensive wine and beverage list that has been carefully curated to complement our menu. However, we welcome customers who would like to bring their own for celebrations.
The following bottle service fees will apply:
RM80.00 per bottle of wine or prosecco (750ml)
RM100.00 per bottle of wine (1500ml)
RM120.00 per bottle of spirits or sake
RM150.00 per bottle of champagne
One-for-one is available on Sundays and Monday - Thursday
Events & Exclusive Use
Whilst Gesuto does not enforce a strict dress code, we appreciate our guests who come in proper attire. We do not permit beachwear and flip flops. Entry to the restaurant is entirely at the management’s discretion if this customary guidance is not respected.
Our food and beverage menus are frequently updated to provide our patrons with the freshest and best quality products, as well as to explore the latest culinary and beverage trends.
We also do take the liberty to adjust the menu in the event that certain products are either not fresh or not available.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our culinary team are flexible and are able to offer alternative options to accommodate any dietary restrictions. However, we do encourage groups larger than 4 pax to indicate any allergies and dietary requirements with at least 24-hours’ notice, or upon making the reservation. Your safety and comfort are our priority.
While we are happy to welcome families with children to dine at our establishment, close supervision for children (especially 12 years old and below) will be required.
We do not provide baby/children’s cutlery, entertainment or facilities, nor have a children’s menu available. Baby chairs at the restaurant are limited.
At Gesuto, we have a selection of desserts that we can customise for special occasions.
However, if you are keen to bring your own cake, kindly notify us beforehand so we can advise and arrange for proper storage.
Whilst we welcome celebrations of all occasions, we do not encourage bringing your own decorations unless you have booked the restaurant for exclusive use as it may affect the dining experience for others.
